About Us / The Founder and Rector 
The Founder and Rector is prof. dr hab. Ludmiła Dziewięcka-Bokun, the Law Faculty of Wrocław University graduate, an academic teacher of Wrocław University as well as many other foreign universities including European Universities in Leiden, Brussels, Central Michigan University in the United States of America. Professor Ludmiła Dziewięcka-Bokun is also a grant holder of University in Oxford, DAAD in Heidelberg, the Norwegian and Dutch Academies of Science and American Fulbright Foundation. From 1995-1998 she was an independent expert of the Council of Europe in social poverty and exclusion. In 1999 she received the Individual Reward of Polish Academy of Science for her post doctoral thesis entitled ‘The system determinants of social policy’. This thesis was recognised as the best in social policy.
